Our interview process is carefully designed for us to get to know each other well. We’ll be looking to deeply understand your skills, experience, and potential, as well as how our mission and values resonate with you. We want you to get to know us, too, and we welcome your questions throughout the process.
Once we kick off our conversations, you can expect to chat with your hiring manager, various colleagues, and likely one or both of our Cofounders over the course of a few weeks. You should also expect to complete a role-related take-home assignment so that we can see your knowledge and experience in action.
